Job Description
As a Sales Officer, you'll enjoy a competitive base pay of $16.00 per hour plus commission, with top performers earning up to $83,200 annually.
The Sales Officer is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with members by providing consultative financial services and recommending appropriate products and solutions based on individual needs. This onsite role supports a fast-paced, results-driven environment where success is measured through sales performance, service quality, and member satisfaction.
Primary responsibilities include opening and maintaining accounts, processing transactions, handling loan applications, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. The Sales Officer actively contributes to business growth through proactive outbound sales and service calls, cross-selling financial products, and supporting branch and call center operations as needed.
This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to consistently meet individual and team sales goals while delivering exceptional service. Additional expectations include mentoring new hires, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to regulatory requirements, and participating in community or organizational events when required.
Qualifications typically include prior experience in a financial services call center, strong knowledge of financial products, proficiency with standard office software, and the ability to work onsite full-time. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships through consultative sales

Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions

Open and maintain accounts, process transactions, and handle loan applications

Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service goals

Conduct proactive outbound sales and service calls

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with policies and regulations

Provide frontline support in branch and call center environments as needed

Deliver consistently high levels of member service and professionalism
